Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us! We will accept returns or provide credit at KohaPet.com as follows:
Credits for Opened Packages/Separated Cases:
If your pet does not love their opened case or package of KOHA, we will issue a store credit to be used on KohaPet.com within 30 days of the purchase. (Trial packs, single cans, variety packs, and sale items are excluded).
Returns/Refunds for Unopened Packages/Intact Cases:
If the product is unused, unopened and cases/boxes are in the original packaging without damages, we will gladly accept a return for a full refund of product (not including the original or return shipping costs) within 30 days of the purchase according to the following terms.
Return Terms:
- We will not accept more than one case or one bag of food of the same product.
- Trial packs, single cans, variety packs, and sale items are not returnable or refundable.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs. You can use your own shipping carrier or we can send you a return shipping label at a cost of $15 for each case or bag of food.

Dented Can PolicyWe strive to minimize dented cans during the shipping process. However, there are occasions where you may receive a dented can or cans. Cans with minor dents and all seals intact do not compromise the food and do not require replacement. If you receive a dented can that is broken, food is exposed or the can is leaking, we are happy to credit you for those cans.
